The Board of Ada County Commissioners is now making audio recordings of open meetings and public hearings available on the county website. The recording process began earlier this month, and was in a brief test phase prior to today’s official public launch.

As the Memorial Day weekend nears, the Ada County Assessor’s Office would like to remind residents to get a jump on their annual recreational vehicle registration renewals now. 

As a thank you and a means to recognize the work of first responders everywhere, Ada County Paramedics will celebrate Emergency Medical Services Week, or “EMS Week” May 19 through May 24.

Ada County will be once again offer early voting on Saturday. Considering that many voters are busy during regular business hours, Ada County Elections is making an effort to routinely offer voters an opportunity to come in and vote early on the weekend.
