About the BOCC Administration
The BOCC Administration Team provides administrative support to the Board of Ada County Commissioners in managing the County's day to day business activities. They are responsible for scheduling meetings and hearings, preparing minutes and transcripts, and for processing agreements, contracts, ordinances, resolutions, grant applications, and public records requests submitted to the Board. This team also provides support for multiple projects initiated by the Department of Administration director and divisional managers.
Customer service plays a large role in the BOCC Administration team's day-to-day duties as they serve as the first point of contact for citizens, departments, and offices needing to conduct official business with the Board of Commissioners.
