The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on September 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000480 DA-OTD-ZC: An application for a rezone, development agreement and one-time division to rezone the subject property from Southwest Community Residential (RSW) to Medium Low Density Residential (R4), and to allow the division of the subject property into two buildable parcels. The property contains 1.000 acres and is located at 11588 W AMITY RD BOISE 83709, Section 27 3N 1E.
