The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 10, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 200900802 ZC/DA/CU/MSP, NATURES CHILDCARE: A conditional use and master site plan application for a daycare center along with a zoning ordinance map amendment and development agreement to change the zoning of the subject property from Southwest Community Residential (RSW) to Neighborhood Commercial (C1). The property contains 1.25 acres and is located at 4261 S Maple Grove Road, Boise, ID; Section 26, T. 3N, R. 1E.
