The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 10, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 200901088 ZC; ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT: Ada County requests a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment from Rural Preservation (RP) and Rural Residential (RR) District to Planned Community (PC) District on 2,291.17 acres of land. The site is located primarily west of S. Pleasant Valley Road, with a portion of the site located to the east, and between Hollilynn Drive and Tenmile Creek Road. The property lies within portions of Sections 17 through 21; Township 2 North, Range 2 East, and Sections 12 and 13; Township 2 North, Range 1 East; Ada County, Idaho.
