The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on February 10, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 200600041 DA-M; ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 7750: The approval of Adelaide North Preliminary Plat No.1 Time Extension included an addition of a development requirement necessitating an addendum to Development Agreement number 7750 to add the new development requirement. The Development Agreement Addendum is between County of Ada, Idaho and Skyline I Development, Inc., Cairo Investments, LLC, and Adelaide Investments, LLC relative to the property known as The Cliffs.
