The applicant, Manhard-Bellatrix Environmental, Inc., has withdrawn the Orchard Ranch Planned Community applications (200600335 CPA, 200600335 ZC, 200600335 ZOA, 200600335 DA).

The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider the withdrawal.
