The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on January 13, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 200901029 ZC ADA COUNTY: A reversion of zoning from the RR zone to the RP zone to comply with the development agreement for Buddies Subdivision (x ref: 200600029 S-ZC-DA-PBR-PR Buddies Subdivision). The property contains 40.06 acres and is located east of the terminus of E. Columbia Road and south of Hwy 21 at E. Plexi Court; Boise, ID; Section 10, T. 2N, R. 3E.
