(Media Outlets: The following announcement is intended to help notify Ada County residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners. We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)
The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on April 14, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 200901181 ZC, ADA COUNTY: A reversion of zoning from the R8 zone to the R1 and RSW zone to comply with the development agreement for Caden Creek Subdivision (x ref: 200600306 S-ZC-DA-PBA Caden Creek Subdivision). The property contains 15.95 acres and is located 10951 West Amity Road; Boise, ID; Section 34, T. 3N, R. 1E.
