PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

 

(Media Outlets:  The following announcement is intended to help notify AdaCounty residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners.  We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)

The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000182 ZOA Amending the codes pertaining to a winery and update the code for a retail nursery to be allowed as a conditional use in the RUT District.
