(Media Outlets: The following announcement is intended to help notify Ada County residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners. We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)
The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000394 ZOA: A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Section 8-7A-7 to reflect the recent FCC Ruling on establishing time limit decisions for commercial tower structure applications. As amended the Commission must issue a decision within 150 days after submission of an application for a commercial tower structure. Further, staff is clarifying the review process for collocation of a commercial tower structure. The property contains .000 acres and is located at 252 E FRONT ST BOISE 83702, Section NONE SUPPLIED.
