PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 

  (Media Outlets: The following announcement is intended to help notify Ada County residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners. We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)  

The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000520 CU-MSP: A conditional use permit and master site plan application to install a new scale system including pay kiosks, scale houses and temporary office space along with future improvements including permanent office space, public restrooms and maintenance building at the Ada County Landfill. The property contains 2741.227 acres and is located at N SEAMAN GULCH RD BOISE 83714, Section 1 4N 1E / 2 4N 1E / 11 4N 1E / 12 4N 1E / 13 4N 1E / 6 4N 2E / 7 4N 2E.
