(Media Outlets: The following announcement is intended to help notify Ada County residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners. We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)
The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000526 CPA-ZC-ZOA ADA COUNTY THE CLIFFS: A zoning ordinance map amendment to revert the zoning of the former The Cliffs Planned Community from PC to RP. A zoning ordinance text amendment to repeal Article 8-3J of the Ada County Code also known as "The Cliffs Planned Community Zoning Ordinance". A comprehensive plan text amendment to delete The Cliffs Specific Plan from the Ada County Comprehensive Plan. The property contains 708.640 acres and is located at E HIGHLAND VIEW DR BOISE 83716, Section 2 2N 3E.
