(Media Outlets: The following announcement is intended to help notify Ada County residents of proposed development applications that will soon appear before the Planning and Zoning Commissioner or the Ada County Board of Commissioners. We would appreciate any help you could provide in notifying your audience of these projects and their public hearing date.)
The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to consider: 201000570 ZOA THE LAND GROUP INC: Text amendment to include standards for continuous service drives in multi-family, commercial and industrial developments.
