News & Information
Assessment appeals are an important component of our process. Appeals provide an opportunity for property owners to inquire about their assessments and to learn about assessment and appeal procedures.
If you feel your assessed value does not reflect what your property would likely sell for on the open market, please call and discuss it with your appraiser.
Idaho law allows taxpayers to appeal their assessment to the Board of Equalization and thus assure the public that assessments are correct, fair, and equitable.
We've gone green! Try our new online Homeowner's Exemption application! You will need your parcel number (use our Property Search link) and your Idaho Driver's License number for validation.
New! The Assessor's Data Dashboard is an insightful and dynamic method of visualizing our data and relationships with point-and-click ease.
Models generated by Dashboards are based on Adobe Flash technology. You must have Flash Player installed to use the Dashboard. Get it here: get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
