All prices are subject to change and Idaho sales tax. Prices with tax are noted in the request forms.
Includes many countywide shapefiles such as parcels, streets, subdivision boundaries, and much more.
o Available for customers with access to GIS software:
o Updated quarterly in January, April, July, and October
o Available as one-time purchase or as quarterly subscription
o Pay as you go – if subscribing, will be billed each quarter (this allows you to quit at any time)
o Available by yearly subscription only
o Options for frequency of updates: quarterly, monthly, twice-monthly
o Pay in advance for entire year, late subscriptions are pro-rated
o Quarterly - $400 per year
o Monthly - $1200 per year
o Twice-monthly - $2400 per year
o Available for customers without access to GIS software:
o Includes same data as GIS User CD but also includes a map project that you may use to view the data in a read-only format. To use the map, you must download a free viewing application. A link to the downloading site is included on the CD.
o Updated quarterly in January, April, July, and October
o Available as one-time purchase or as quarterly subscription
o Pay as you go – if subscribing, will be billed each quarter
Images are provided in compressed ECW format, on DVD.
o Historical Photos – photos from various years, 1939-2004. Images vary greatly in resolution and quality.
o 2007 Photo – on a separate DVD because of size constraints
Includes recorded subdivision plats and records of survey
o Available by yearly subscription only
o Pay in advance for entire year, late subscriptions are pro-rated
o Included in the subscription:
§ DVD that contains all subs & surveys recorded through the end of the previous calendar year
§ Quarterly update CDs in:
o April (Jan – Mar data)
o July (Jan – Jun data)
o October (Jan – Sep data)
o January of following year (Jan – Dec data)
§ Username and password that may be used to download subs & surveys from our website
Includes scanned copies of various land records - right of way plats, right of way books, Boise interrurban railroads, Union Pacific railroads, drainage districts, new york canal, revision pages, patent books, herd district map.
Includes scanned copies of tract indexes used from mid 1970’s until late 1999 (when we made the switch to the digital Property Tax System).
