Filing by Stipulation
This is the packet you would use if both parties are in agreement, working together and both will sign.
As of July 1, 2004, pursuant to a rule change to I.R.C.P. 3(a), the filing party in family law cases are required to fill out a family law case information sheet and file it along with the complaint or petition.
