Ada County Supplier Directory Registration Information
Ada County maintains a listing of suppliers for internal use only. The individual departments can view your information in our supplier directory database. If you provide a good or service that is needed by the County, the directory may be used as a supplier resource.
Click on “Supplier Registration Form” below to access the online form. By completely filling out and submitting the online supplier registration form, your company will be entered into our registered supplier database. After a period of two years, your company will automatically be deleted from the supplier list. You will be notified by letter of the option to re-register if there is a record of business activity between your company and the county within that two-year period. If there is no record of business activity during that time period, your company’s registration will be deleted without any notification. Please contact the Ada County Purchasing Division for further information.
Bids: Electronic notification of bid solicitations is not currently available but implementation is expected in the future. Idaho Code requires that you must be an Idaho domiciled vendor to be eligible to participate in a bid. You are considered to be an Idaho domiciled vendor if for a period of one year preceding the date of the bid, a significant economic presence in Idaho has been established; where the vendor maintains in Idaho fully staffed offices, or fully staffed sales offices or divisions, or fully staffed sales outlets, or manufacturing facilities, or warehouses or other necessary related property; and if a corporation, is registered and licensed to do business in the state of Idaho with the office of the Secretary of State.
