Auctioneer License
(Code Section 63-2304)

Auctioneer license fees are $20 per year. Annual Licenses purchased after 3/1 are $20.00 and will expire on 2/28 of the following year---there is no reduction in the amount for the partial year nor is there any penalty for paying late. If the Auctioneer only wants the license for a few months, he/she can purchase a Fractional License for each month at $5.00 per month. A license for four or more months is issued as an Annual License with an expiration date 2/28/xx.
