Processing allegations or complaints about conflicts of interest, bias or other issues regarding the Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission.

The Board of Ada County Comissioners approved Resolution No. 1649 on December 9, 2009.  This resolution creates a process allowing any person to bring to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners all actual or potential conflicts of interest or allegations of bias on the part of the Planning and Zoning Commission that will provide for a timely and thorough review of said claims.  The Complaint Form for a conflict of intesest regarding a member of the Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission must be signed and dated and delivered to the Director of Development Services.
