ADA COUNTY CORNER RECORDS
Effective January 1st of 2012, the Ada County Surveyor's office will no longer be publishing images or updates to the SVReader index files that have been in use for the last 12 years. A web based map and search application has been developed to display the records that are required under Idaho Code Title 55 Chapter 16 (Corner Perpetuation and Filing Act). All of the records that have been published in the past are included in the information available on the new map site.

Corner Records recorded after 1/1/2012 will not be available in the SVReader format.
If you have the Microsoft Vista or Windows 7 operating system and cannot get SVReader to work, we have recommended that users go to the sucessor software to SVReader which is Maxreader by Maxview.com This is a free download and appears to work correctly with all of the old .svd files, including those prepared by the Ada County Assessor's Land Records division.
