NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE SURVEYING DIVISION

THE BOARD OF ADA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
HAVE ADOPTED A SCHEDULE OF FEES TO COVER DIRECT COSTS

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2006 - Ada County Resolution No. 1414 New Survey Division Fees (.pdf file)

Why is there a Schedule A and Schedule B for reviewing of plats?
Schedule A reflects the extra cost of addressing done by the Ada County Assessors Office.

Schedule A = plats under the jurisdiction of Ada County, Eagle, Garden City, and Star, which excludes Boise Area of Impact.
(Addressing is done by the Ada County Assessors Office)

Schedule B = plats under the jurisdiction of Boise which includes Boise Area of Impact, Kuna, and Meridian.
(Addressing not done by Ada County Assessors Office)

SUBDIVISION PLATS

TO HAND CALCULATE THE TOTAL REVIEW FEES FOR A SUBDIVISION PLAT:

Schedule A (formula is $1200 + $44.00/lot) or
Schedule B (formula is $1181 + $43.00/lot)

TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL REVIEW FEES FOR A SUBDIVISION PLAT USING A SPREADSHEET:

CONDOMINIUMS PLATS

Why does the condominium plat review have a higher review fee?
Because of the additional time required to review the declaration as well as the condominium plat.
