Ada County Condominium Plat Checklist 

Purpose 

This checklist was developed internally to keep track of the different items we review.  One of the common fallacies seems to be that if the information on the list is simply on the drawing, we will accept it.  We will get into specifics later, but this list is the backbone of the review.  While we are required to check more than 50 different items, several of the items have more than one criterion.  This list may be downloaded here as a PDF file.
