Match Lines / Sheet Index 

Review

·        If there are multiple sheets, is there a sheet Index on the front page?

·        If there are multiple sheets, and there is no sheet index on the front page, are there match lines or are the adjoining pages labeled?

·        If the adjoining sheets are labeled, are they referenced correctly?

·        Are the Plat sheets numbered sequentially?

·        Is there anything on the plat (notes or labels) that references other sheets, and is the reference correct?
