Ada County Weed Pest and Mosquito Abatement Advisory Committee

Members of the Ada County Weed, Pest & Mosquito Advisory Committee are appointed by the  Board of Ada County Commissioners. These seven experts provide public oversight and input on the Department's vision and operations. The committees meet monthly at the Weed, Pest & Mosquito Abatement Facility in Meridian to discuss current events and upcoming issues. The goals of the Committee are to aid the Department in better serving the residents of Ada County by the use of planning, prioritization, technology, and cost effectiveness.  The Committee consists of members from fields including Science, Epidemiology, Agriculture, and Veterinary Medicine.
