Family Law
Filing For Divorce - Forms needed to file for divorce with or without children.

Landlord/Tenant
Landlord Forms - (Expedited Eviction) - Eviction forms on this page are for evicting a tenant for non-payment of rent only (no other issues). If the tenant pays and rent is made current, you can not evict the tenant with this process. You cannot sue for back rent with this process. These forms cannot be used to remove a mobile home from a rented space. If you need to evict a person for any other reason or need to remove a mobile home from a rented space, you should consult a lawyer for legal advice. These forms are specific to Ada County. Check with your local court before using these forms in another county.
