MISSION

Welcome to the Office of the Clerk, Auditor and Recorder's site. My office is in charge of a variety of responsibilities. If you can't find something you are looking for elsewhere in the County, there is a good chance you will find it here.

As Clerk, my office provides the clerical support for the courts and is responsible for the processing and maintenance of all court case filings. County elections are an extension of my role as Clerk. Voter registration and the conduct of elections are one of our primary functions.

The Recorder is primarily involved with the recordation of documents related to property. We also issue marriage licenses and provide application for passports in the Recorder's office.

Copies of County contracts can be obtained from my office, and minutes from meetings of the Board of County Commissioners. We also figure the County levy and process appeals to either the Idaho State Board of Tax Appeals or District Court for property tax appeals.
