Employee Responsibilities for Return To Work:

  • Use the appropriate safety equipment and adhere to safety practices and procedures.
  • Report any unsafe practice, procedure or condition immediately.
  • Immediately report any illness or injury to immediate supervisor or and Risk Management.
  • Report illness/injury status to immediate supervisor after medical evaluation.
  • With approval from your treating physician, report to work upon notification of available temporary, light duty or alternative duties.
  • Perform only those job functions that have been agreed to by the treating medical provider.
  • Adhere to therapies recommended by the medical provider.
  • If you experience pain or discomfort or if the treatment is not working, report it to your immediate supervisor or Risk Management representative and to the medical provider.
