Employee Responsibilities for Return To Work:
- Use the appropriate safety equipment and adhere to safety practices and procedures.
- Report any unsafe practice, procedure or condition immediately.
- Immediately report any illness or injury to immediate supervisor or and Risk Management.
- Report illness/injury status to immediate supervisor after medical evaluation.
- With approval from your treating physician, report to work upon notification of available temporary, light duty or alternative duties.
- Perform only those job functions that have been agreed to by the treating medical provider.
- Adhere to therapies recommended by the medical provider.
- If you experience pain or discomfort or if the treatment is not working, report it to your immediate supervisor or Risk Management representative and to the medical provider.
