Kelly is a Certified Idaho Workers' Compenation Specialist with the Idaho Industrial Commission and is in process of earning her ARM (Associates in Risk Management) Designation. She handles all auto, property, liability and tort claims filed against Ada County and its employees. Manages the self-insured workers compensation program and oversees the Risk Analyst. She also offers technical assistance on risk related issues, insurance, and safety and loss control matters to Department Heads and Elected Officials.

Aimee is a Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist with the Idaho Industrial Commission and a licensed adjuster in Idaho and Washington. Aimee acts as liason for the injured worker, designated health care provider, and third party administrator. Aimee oversees the adjustment of workers’ compensation claims by third party administrators. These claims are handled by Intermountain Claims, Inc. She works in conjunction with the Risk Analyst II on risk related matters.
