The Council annually prepares a report of its activities to the Board of Ada County Commissioners. Copies of these reports are provided below.
Minutes & Agendas
Council meetings are open to the public and the Council strives to make minutes and agendas available on this website in a timely manner. Theminutes and agendas for the past twelve months are provided below.
Council meetings are held monthly on the first Tuesday of the month (except July) in the Ada County Courthouse, 200 W. Front Street, Boise on the second floor in a conference room in Development Services. All meetings are open to the public. We maintain a distribution list for agendas and minutes (see bottom of page). Agendas are mailed out at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
