Contacting the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office:

There are a few things we want you to understand before you go to the effort of composing and sending an

e-mail to our office. Because of certain restrictions, we won't be able to respond to the following areas of concern:

• General Legal Advice & Legal Referral -- We cannot respond to legal questions or give you any legal advice due to a conflict of interest. Also, we will not refer you to a lawyer. However, you can contact the Idaho State Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service at (208) 334-4500 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (mountain time) or click here to use their Lawyer Referral Service on line.
  
  
• Criminal Case Inquiries -- Pursuant to Rule 4.2 of the Idaho Rules of Ethics, we are ethically unable to communicate directly or indirectly with you regarding your criminal case if you are represented by an attorney, unless we have your attorney’s consent. If you have an attorney, have him or her contact our office.
